We have the information you need to gain control of diabetes.
Newport Health Center offers care coordination with a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Work with your Newport Health Center primary care provider to receive these services and learn about upcoming Diabetes Management courses.
Prescription Refill Requests:
Please contact your pharmacy a week before you run out of your prescription medication. If your pharmacy tells you to contact Newport Health Center, please allow us at least 4 days (not counting the weekends) to process your request. Refills can take up to 72 hours to process and send to local pharmacies.
