Health & Wellness

  • Medical Insurance: Comprehensive plans with coverage options for eligible employees and their families, effective on the 1st day of the following month of employment.
  • Dental & Vision: Free dental & vision coverage for eligible employees, and plans available for family members, effective on the 1st day of the following month of employment.

Financial Security

  • 403(b) Plan: With up to 6% employer match.
  • Life Insurance: A $35,000 Life Insurance Policy and $5000 AD&D Policy at no cost to the employee. Additional supplemental Life and AD&D insurance is available for purchase by the employee.
  • Long Term Disability Insurance (LTD): A Basic LTD Insurance policy, which covers 60% of the first $400 of monthly income, is free to employees. Additional LTD insurance is available for purchase by the employee.
  • Annual Bonus: Subject to board approval for eligible employees
  • Student Loan Repayment: Available through the Washington Student Achievement Council Program.
  • Night and Weekend Differential Pay

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Paid Personal Time Off Program (PTO): Vacation and holiday time off hours are consolidated and accrued on a percentage basis for every hour worked. 
  • Sick Leave: Earned Illness leave is accrued on a percentage basis for every hour worked. 
  • Holidays: 6 paid holidays per year and is consolidated into the PTO Program listed above.
