Seeking YOUR Input: Community Health Needs Assessment

Newport Hospital and Health Services is currently participating in a Community Health Needs Assessment in order to get an accurate depiction of health needs in our region.

We rely on your participation!

Without your completed survey, the Pend Oreille County picture is less complete. This process will be multi-faceted and may involve different opportunities for you to provide data. Several counties are involved, so if you’re not a Pend Oreille County resident, please complete the survey anyway!

First assignment – we collect YOUR input!

Our first goal is to collect the Rural Resources Community Needs Assessment from as many adults (18 years old +) as we can. The best way to submit your data is by using the online survey link:  Rural Resources Community Assessment.  This link will remain active until March 31, 2018.

Paper copies are available at Newport Hospital and Health Services Admitting Desk or in the main waiting room. Completed forms can be folded and placed in that area’s collection box. (Other places in Pend Oreille County will also have paper copies available OR download and print a copy of the assessment here).

Any information provided in the survey is completely anonymous and no names are requested. This project is in collaboration with Northeast TriCounty Health District, Spokane Regional Health District, Rural Resources, Pend Oreille County and the Pend Oreille Health Coalition. The goal is to release a final report by the end of 2018. If you have questions regarding the collection of this data, please call (509) 447-6303.
