In addition to the exquisite surroundings, River Mountain Village’s Rebels’ Café serves fresh, homemade restaurant-style meals three times each day. The Rebel’s Café staff prides themselves on scrumptious meals and equally incredible service. Chef William Wayland was professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute and has won local culinary awards. His culinary expertise and mastery of flavors also landed him the title of Iron Sommelier Chef in 2014 and 2015. Breakfast menus include made-to-order omelets, French toast, pancakes and lighter fare. The Rebel’s lunch menu boasts sandwiches, burgers, salads and special vegetarian “grillers” such as the Prime Griller and Mushroom Griller. Dinner options range from sandwiches, burgers and entrée salads to steak and cod. The daily dessert selection changes frequently, but includes cakes, pies, and ice cream.
